I took my car to Five J's several times and each time I get my car back I was extremely happy with work they have done. I know nothing about cars and it's very hard to find someone you can trust. These people went above and beyond to please me. They picked up my car twice from NYC take it to the shop and bring it back when they have it done. They did both mechanic and body work on my car and I couldn't be more happier!!! Knowledge, Profecionalism, Caring,....these people have it all!!! We had a great experience at Bob Brady in Decatur Illinois. Our sales lady Carrie C. was awesome she helped us out when no other dealer could , she got us into a car and she never gave up until she did!! she kept us informed and if we had any questions at all she answered them. i would recommend her to everyone! excellent staff and service as well.
