There are plenty of joints that make lame, runny milkshakes that simply aren't worth the sugar/fat bomb they provide. These ain't them.
It's all about nostalgia here. Nothing's particularly gourmet, but portions shareable and crowd-pleasing. Good for kiddos. Service is brisk.
Your inner child will do cartwheels when you walk into this whimsical scoop shop. Try the Lakeview Sunset or the seasonal flavor (mmm...pumpkin!). Tasty shakes too.
Biggest challenge here is saving room for dessert! Pastas are killer, brunch sandwiches rock, but sweets (hot choc, ice cream, tarts) a must
Sandwiches rule the menu, & the best are the tender pork and the BLAST, a spruced up BLT. Make sure to wash it all down w/ an oatmeal shake...and don't forget it's cash only.
Hooray for simplicity! No high-brow burgers here- just thin, juicy patties (turkey and veg too) with standard toppings. There's a not-so-secret "secret menu" here, yours for the asking. Love the special shake flavors.
Burgers are the draw (and the buns are top-notch!), but I'm enamored with the boozy milkshakes--try the salty caramel w/ Maker's Mark.
The Four Seasons' restaurant is top-notch. Don't expect generic hotel-fare--instead, it's locally sourced seasonal creations (and one downright delectable burger). The miso-butterscotch shake is a must.
They come for the burgers (amazing!) but they fall in love with the giant, hand-spun shakes (to die for). Be an insider and ask for the off-menu Elvis shake or Speculoos shake. You really can't go wrong.
It's always hoppin' here, and for good reason. Grass-fed burgers are juicy and well-priced. I love the bison burger too. Shakes are a must! Expect to wait on weekends.
I love this location for its airy, multi-level space. They do breakfast (with Intelligentsia coffee!) too.
