With so many cupcakeries popping up around town, it's hard to narrow down who has the best of the best. Well, here's a guide that'll take you on a cupcake crusade with me and show you the best of the best
Whenever I'm on the Westside, I always have to stop by Star Provisions. The sandwiches here are all delicious (especially their Reuben or Shrimp Po'boy), the little shop inside is cute and fun, but the REAL winner here is their vast bakery. Cookies & croissants are my favorite-but their Smores and Fresh fig cupcakes are the showstoppers here
Three words: Coca Cola Cupcake! I love ending my breakfast/lunch meals here with their delicious twist on a Southern drink. My favorite entree here is their salmon cakes benedict-heavenly!
Located in the Poncey-Highland area, this little cupcake shop is serving up some delicious and affordable cupcakes and other baked goods! If you go towards closing time & they aren't sold out, you can take advantage of the BOGO (buy one get one free) deal! The lime and root beer cupcake are fantastic!
You can't help but feel like a kid in a candy store when you walk into CamiCakes. Bright pink cotton candy colored wallpaper and a glass display with endless rows of cupcakes (in every flavor and color you can imagine). Some of my favorites are the red velvet, mint chocolate, chocolate peanut butter ball & classic cami. Beautifully sweet!
Located outside the perimeter, Jilly's is taking the city of Alpharetta and Roswell by storm with their beautifully decorated & yummy cupcakes! Be sure to get the birthday cake and black & white cupcakes!
With playful names and unique decorations, you can't help but fall in love with Gigi's Cupcakes! The generous mound of frosting, the moist cake and over 12+ daily flavors, there's sure to be something in store for everyone. My favorites are the Birthday Cake, The Princess and a handful of their seasonal flavors!
Located across from Discover Mills Mall, Cupcake People is whipping up some tasty sweet treats for those living in the area. It's nice the Gwinnett area finally has a great cupcakery! Yummy red velvet and key lime cupcakes!
