Where Korean people in Austin like to eat
All you can eat Korean BBQ meat (pork, beef, and chicken) for under $25. It comes with various sides and salad too - good deal and you will be stuffed
No frills, inexpensive, order at the counter self service Korean cafe. Most dishes are $6 - kimchi jjigae & kimchi fried rice are good
Great off the radar Korean restaurant with very authentic dishes such as kimchi pancakes, grilled pork belly, stir fried chicken, tofu soondubu, and delicious small side dishes (banchan). My favorite Korean restaurant in town. This place very much caters to Koreans living in the states, so you know it's good (but don't expect American level service)
Small convenience store with a huge variety of inexpensive Korean side dishes like kimchi, soy eggs, seasoned bean sprouts, lotus root, etc
Among best Korean restaurants in Austin. The Galbi (beef short ribs) are great & can be added to tasty bibimbap or cold noodles for just $6
Large Korean grocery store with a big selection of packaged good, meat, and produce. An attached food court serves delicious, inexpensive self service Korean staples. Favorites include the broiled mackerel, pork bone soup, and various noodle dishes. Most everything in the cafe costs between 6-9 dollars
