West third street has an array of awesome eateries, high and low. Here are a few of my favorites.
The Dean and Deluca of Los Angeles. Beautiful sweet treats, a wide array of cheeses and hot food in the cases. The perfect place for an LA lunch or to buy a pretty gift basket.
One of the prettiest restaurants in all of Los Angeles. Romantic romantic romantic!
I once saw Olivier Martinez get out of his vintage 1960s Aston Martin here. It was like a French dream. Their macaroons are pretty good, too.
I love the burgers, but I love the corn pups even more. The batter--made from Anson mills cornmeal--result in the best corn dog you'll ever have. Oh and the house made cream soda is a dream.
My favorite bakery in LA. Their blueberry muffin is the best muffin I've ever had. Not an exaggeration. If you happen to stop by around lunch time, be sure to get in on their sandwiches--all of them are fantastic.
Serious seafood served in the form of small plates. The uni clam pasta and Chick-Fil-A inspired sandwich are musts.
