Your neighborhood shopping & entertainment guide for Lincoln Square.
Local record store filled with vinyls, cds, vhs and dvds. Used and new albums for sale.
A great old school toy shop full of gifts for all the kids. Plus, they have octopus plushies! Something that I haven't found in any other toys store in Chicago.
Great old theater with cheap first runs. An old vintage theater that's divided into 4 screens. Good for going to the movies alone or making a different type of date.
The store may look closed, but trust me it's open. I've been having the knockwurst, veal and other brats from here for years. This is the best place to get your German meats for Oktoberfest.
The best independent book store in Chicago. Writers love this store too for they have ample of autographed copies. Anything they don't have, they will order it for you. Add a coffee shop & bar, this is a great place to cuddle with a good book.
One of my favorite stores to get friends gifts. A fun shop with unique gifts for everyone. Women, looking for a new wallet, they have a Chicago flag wallet that will get people asking.
An eclectic store that has a little bit of everything. The hanging models are fun & welcoming. Books, cards, candles, glasses and stonewear fill this unique fun place.
Fantastic local shop filled with Chicago centric (among others) art and prints. They support local artists and is filled with a great selection.
Great cooking store for your kitchen. The classes here are fun and very generous on the wine during the cooking lesson. It's definitely a good time while learning to cook new food.
LOVE FF! They know runners and tri-athletes because they are runners too. They are more concerned on your shoe fitting than any other places I've went. They took back a shoe that I had for about a month with a defect & gave me a new one for free. This is the only place I go to get new running shoes. There's a women's running group here too.
Friendly & classy food and wine store to make any meal a little bit fancier. Willing to help you and even let you taste a few things. The smoked sausages they carry are superb.
Lincoln Square's local grocer, this place has everything you dreamed of. From their amazing meats to the fantastic alcohol selection, this place mixes fun and grocery shopping in one. Plus, their rooftop beer garden is a fun addition.
