Sure, I eat meat and forget to use reusable bags, but deep down, I love to get a little zen and take a solid Yoga class. I'm also super picky about my yoga since I'm a 500 hr trained instructor. I guess you can say I have a Ph.D in Yoga (that I might get revoked if they read my Citysearch guide about steak!).
Homey vibe and wise teachers that make your college professors seem like amateurs.
As a certified Yoga instructor, I was thoroughly impressed by the instructor's knowledge and positive impact on the class. My abs are way sorer than when I hit the actual gym.
This place boasts some of the best Yoga teachers in LA that even taught a few classes in my own teacher training. They even dealt with my super UN-flexible muscles without judgement and offered perfect adjustments.
Awesome classes, super-friendly-its-almost-scary staff and I leave feeling I should eat vegan for at least an hour.
Part spa, part yoga palace. Cause the only thing that could top a yoga class is a relaxing massage (or just passing out, but a massage is more classy).
Fun music, intense workouts, but good for both novice and expert yogis. Totally doesn't hurt that Pinkberry is right downstairs to refuel me!
Got a teacher training through yogaposer so I owe a lot of my yoga knowledge to it. The lessons are even available on itunes so you can take the studio with you when you travel.
