Discover Larchmont Boulevard; a hidden treasure right in the middle of Los Angeles
As a born and raised New Yorker, finding a good slice of pizza in LA is few and far between; that said, with its East Village taste, Village Pizzeria is, what I consider, the second best pizza shop in LA.
Kiku Sushi is my favorite Japanese spot in the 90004! I love dining at this adorable restaurant for a little sushi sesh; sake it to me!
This little shop has some fun and feminine gadgets ranging from silly notepads, to party favors, to adorable oven mitts, bras, and hanky pankies. Although it’s called Pickett Fences, this store is definitely more relevant for that bachelorette pad than for the family home in Brentwood.
Landis’ Labyrinth on Larchmont is what I consider to be the sophisticated version of Toys "R" Us. This boutique contains games and toys that not only educate children, but have a bit of history behind them; the thought and care crafted into each item is precisely why you should come and get lost in this Labyrinth.
Now THIS is the kind of Library I enjoy attending on the weekend! Although a bit pricey, this trendy shop on Larchmont has beautiful clothing, combined with a vintage decor that reminds me of an old-Hollywood movie set. Definitely worth a visit or two!
This delicious and charming Caribbean restaurant adds a little spice to Larchmont Boulevard. I recommend the Capellini Pasta with grilled Louisiana shrimp – and a very large glass of water!
I am a big fan of this store and its helpful service; you might even say I get a kick out of it! Although this shop on Larchmont is famous for its sneakers, I purchased my favorite pair of Ray-Bans here one sunny Sunday morning. Che-che-check it out!
If you’re looking to stray from the family side of Larchmont, come take a browse in Growze. With its beautiful chandeliers, dimmed lighting and hip clothing, this shop is the official Limelight of Larchmont Boulevard – well, the classy and fabulous version!
With signs boasting that all items are $15 or less, I now know why this shop is called Heavenly! Heavenly Couture has an abundance of cute clothing options; while you wouldn't necessarily where them to a red carpet premiere, they’re perfect for events like a barbecue dinner, or even a day at the beach.
