Oodles of noodles fill bowls all around Seattle but I prefer quality over quantity. Luckily these great noodle houses have both.
This tremendous little room is family run and offers up an incredible value on sushi, noodles and everything in between.
Love. This. Place. Get the dumplings and the Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup and thank me later. Gracious service and great prices.
The Garden can be hit or miss but when it hits it is a great value in a nicer room than many offer in the ID. Get the hand shaven barley green noodles and Chinese broccoli.
Hand shaven noodles and hot pot are the way to go at this restaurant located behind a non-descript store front in an ID strip mall. Quarters are tight but elbow your way in and enjoy!
Friendly and efficient service paired with well priced and carefully prepared noodle dishes (soups and stir fries) make this room a gem.
Dumplings, noodles, great lunch specials and gracious, efficient service keep me coming back to this tiny room on The Ave.
Grab some cash at the ATM and head to Mike's for stellar dumplings, noodles and congee.
Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan. Get the Dan Dan noodles or you'll be very sorry later when you see them pass by on the way to another table. Hot pot is also another great choice. Free on-site parking is a plus.
Noodles, beef soup, dumplings, Henry's Taiwan has it it all and it is all good. If you are up for fancier digs join him down the block at Henry's Taiwan Plus.
I dare you to make a repeat visit to this family run Chinese noodle shop after trying their fried butter garlic chicken wings and the braised duck soup with egg noodles without ordering them each time you visit. Fast, courteous service and free on-site parking seal the deal.
Find this building shaped like a boat and you will be rewarded with a big steaming bowl of pho packed with plenty of noodles & chicken or your choice of beef round, meatballs, and tripe. Not much atmosphere but good prices.
If you want red meat in your pho but can't make a decision what kind, order the #14 Tai Chin Nam Gau Gan Sach it comes with everything including eye-round steak, well-done flank, marble brisket and soft tendon.
If you're lucky you'll get to see your noodles be made in the storefront noodle making zone if not it's still a great stop. Pick your broth, your noodle and your meat and get set for a fine ramen experience. If you want to take the experience home buy a ball o'noodles for just a buck.
And if you get there between 2:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily you can score a $5 happy hour combo or a $12 sake sampler.
Have it your way at this ID noodle joint. Choose a broth, a noodle, the fixings and get slurpin'. Arrive early to avoid the wait.
