Los Angeles is a burger town. Here are some of my new favorites.
Go for the burger. It's gigantic, decadent and so so awesome.
Their burger is a classic. There's two types of cheese, a soft brioche bun and the beers on tap are great.
The meat here is always amazing. The burger? Maybe my favorite in all of LA. But the vegetables are delicious too. I love the creamed kale, fried cauliflower and the rest of the veggie fare that's on the menu.
I love the burgers, but I love the corn pups even more. The batter--made from Anson mills cornmeal--result in the best corn dog you'll ever have. Oh and the house made cream soda is a dream.
New gastropub concept from Casey Lane. But not your normal, ho-hum gastropub, but more of a fancified version. Think decadent bone marrow, perfectly executed pot pie and some of the best lentils I've ever had. And the cocktail menu is legit too.
Inside the Thompson Beverly Hills hotel, this restaurant is a swanky place that I like for drinks and appetizers.
Fun concept, but the real winner here are the cocktails.
