The 4th of July is celebrated on a grand scale in LA. There's so much to see and do, that I can guarantee you will have fun. Whether you like to be indoors, outdoors, by the beach, or by the Bowl, there's a place for you to "go fourth"!
I'll admit it: I don't like baseball. Not even a little. But this stadium is truly a fun experience beyond the game. They have other things besides baseball going on all year round. I even went to a prom here, right on the diamond!
One of my favorite Parks in LA. Centrally located between the east and west side of towns and close to some of the cities best shops and restaurants.
A classic So Cal landmark! Great for games, but I personally like to frequent their monthly flea market. A must for holidays like New Years and 4th of July.
My inner Arrested Development fan goes a little gaga over Fisherman's Village as it's the set location for Bluth's Original Frozen Banana Stand! Also a great spot to eat, relax, or watch 4th of July fireworks!
I actually like visiting the Bowl during the day when a event isn't going on. You can just come to the empty bowl and still have a picnic in the huge outdoor theater! But it's still super awesome to come when Florence and the Machine is playing!
Great coastal bike path for when you want that ocean breeze to hit you as you ride. Great for serious bikers as well as families and anybody on training wheels.
Great indoors as well as outdoors atmosphere. Great for a romantic dinner out or just to hang with some friends. Although their desserts are so good, I wouldn't share with anyone.
This places is one of LA's hidden beauties. With over 200 different kinds of roses, this is also a great date spot or an Instagram opportunity.
Hands, feet, and paws down my favorite lounge/bar in the LA area. Relaxing, cozy, and gorgeous. If only it wasn't so popular, the lines to get in are insane on weekends so I suggest going on a weekday so you'll get guaranteed entry.
This place is a short walking distance from my house and thank goodness because I can drink freely and tan while I barely need a ride back home!
This great bar sits atop an old art deco building. Great French-inspired bistro with breathtaking views of downtown LA. They often have live music during the summer months.
