Clement Street is called the new Chinatown, but there's more to this Inner Richmond dining destination than Kung Pao Chicken and Won Ton Soup.
If you love vintage or quirky toys, you'll love this place. A sweet spot for dessert while strolling on Clement.
Now this, is a neighborhood coffee shop. There's no free wifi, but you can comfortably enjoy time getting lost in a book, or on your computer while sipping a fresh squeezed juice on one of their comfy couches.
Drop by for some dim sum to go in this tiny, but famous spot for shrimp gaos, BBQ pork buns, and more.
It's no surprise that there's a constant wait for a seat in this Inner Richmond staple. Tea leaf salad, samusa soup, coconut rice, pea shoots, and more are always satisfying, and always on the tables next to you. If you don't want to wait, go very early or drop in for lunch.
Giorgio's is a casual, old school Italian restaurant that's family friendly (aka loud). Come for a pizza and beer with friends, or after the kids soccer game. Great folks, decent food, friendly service.
Craving non-Asian grub on Clement? Head on over to Q where you'll find comfort food, breakfast & brunch items for the entire family.
If you can't take the heat, stay away from this restaurant. Or, ask to keep it on the milder side, but what fun is that? Decor is cheesy and colorful, but the food is tasty and packed with heat. Mapo tofu is always satisfying.
This is the original outlet of the Troya restaurant family. It's one of the only non-Asian spots in the neighborhood and a refreshing spot to unwind with friends over a glass of wine and Mediterranean bites.
On a nice day, sit outside on one of the few sidewalk tables, or grab a window seat for a view of bustling Clement street. The banh mi sandwiches are delicious and a great deal. The portobello mushroom is my favorite.
Clement street has a new quality over quantity Chinese restaurant named Tenglong. The fried chicken is flavored with a nice hint of white pepper, with a crispy, sweet coating. Many vegetarian options including "vegetarian chicken".
