Spot on flavors earmarks this new hip eatery called Provisions. But the real gem is The Pass- impeccable service, ambiance & food.
They had me at all day HH on Sundays, but impressed me with their $5 bar bites & pizza, which is 1/2 price on Thur nights, what a bargain!
