Pho That Makes Your Tum Say "Yum"

'Tis the season for soups, chowders and potage and nothing warms the insides like good ol' Vietnamese noodle soup - pho. Build yours on beef, chicken or tofu and veggies, the rice flour noodles are served straight up with chicken (or vegetable) based broth but you'd be remiss to not toss in Thai basil, bean sprouts, green onion, lime and whatever the establishment throws in for good measure.
