Only go to Karyn's Raw if you're seriously prepared for a cold, vegan, raw meal. It's not for everyone.
I much prefer Karyn's Cooked over Karyn's Raw. Don't expect any delicious items like French fries or pasta here, but at least the food isn't served cold and raw like her counterpart resto.
Quinoa, quinoa everywhere! Although I deem it the super grain of the future, I think I doctor it up a bit better than Protein Bar when I cook it at home. However, I feel pretty darn good after a healthy quinoa bowl lunch instead of a typical sandwich or not-so-diet-friendly salad.
