Univeral CityWalk

Bid farewell to 2009 and rock into 2010 by taking the party to the streets with The Temptations and The Four Tops at Universal CityWalk. The extravaganza includes live entertainment in every nightlife venue and all-you-can-eat gourmet cuisine, filet mignon, jumbo shrimp and decadent desserts along with a midnight champagne toast. Hats and noisemakers are included with admission. The event is from 8pm to 2am. Advance tickets are $119.99 (plus tax) and $129.99 (plus tax) after December 27.


Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament

Watch knights joust and clash swords on horseback at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament's New Year's Eve Extravaganza at 9:30pm. The party includes pre-show hors d'oeuvres, admission to the Museum of Torture, a two-hour live tournament, a four-course Medieval feast, party favors, a DJ, dancing, champagne toast at midnight, midnight countdown with balloon drop and a continental breakfast for late-night partygoers. Food is normally scooped onto plates and eaten with bare hands but your server can provide you with utensils for less of a messy affair. Admission is $70.95 adults and $35.95 for ages 12 and under. Space is limited.


SeaWorld Orlando

Make a splash this New Year's Eve at SeaWorld Orlando from 9pm to 12:30am. Jump, jive and wail with jazz and swing group Michael Andrew and his 18-piece Atomic Big Band at the Bayside Stadium and watch a vibrant fireworks display at midnight. The theme park's attractions and rides will remain open until midnight. Tickets are $74.95 adults, $64.95 (ages 3-9) and ages 2 and under are free.


Villa de Flora

Plan to have a Mediterranean dinner at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center on New Year's Eve from 5pm to 10pm. Chow down delicacies includes cuisine from Italy, France, Spain and Greece, antipasto, salads, pastas, a carving station and desserts. Prices are $45 adults and $21.50 children ages 3-12.


Blue Martini

Hang at one of professional golfer Tiger Woods? favorite hangouts with martini in hand on New Year's Eve this year. The bash is titled Midnight Masquerade and will feature live music by N?Dustry and Project: DJ Slam, DJs Scotty B and Ryan Lane, Cirque du Soleil performances, an open bar from 7pm to 10pm, a full dinner, party favors, champagne toast, door prizes, $5,000 in cash and prizes during the balloon drop at midnight and a sexy masquerade mask. Admission is $40, outdoor patio VIP seating is $250 and indoor VIP seating is $550. VIP package seating is for four to six people.


Wall Street Plaza

Blast into 2010 during the Full Moon Street Bash at the Wall Street Plaza in Downtown Orlando from 8pm to 3am. The fete includes a street party, access to eight bars, DJ Digital spinning while being suspended two stories above the Wall Street Plaza, champagne during the midnight toast and private party cabanas for $750 (limited availability). Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 day of event.


Inedpendent Bar

Celebrate your prom and New Year's Eve rolled into one while dancing to 80's alternative music at Independent Bar. Dress like it's your prom night and save 50 percent on your admission. Bottled champagne will be for sale at the door. $1 Heinekens will be served until 11pm. Admission is $10 for ages 21 and up and $15 for ages 18 and up. Doors open at 9pm.


Icebar Orlando

Spend the coldest New Year's Eve at Ice Ball 2010. ICEBAR Orlando's adventure begins at 9pm and includes 30 minutes in the ice chamber with one complimentary drink and live music, ice cage dancers, a champagne toast at midnight, a breakfast buffet at 1am and party favors in the Fire Lounge. Admission is $75 per person.


Church Street

Experience the Ninth Annual Church Street New Year's Eve Party between Orange Avenue and the railroad tracks in Downtown Orlando. The Enzian

Pretend you're James Bond for the night during the Enzian's Dress to Kill event on New Year's Eve. The movie-themed festivities include the showing of ?Goldfinger? outside, drink specials (shaken or stirred), a DJ and fireworks at midnight. The James Bond character costume contest begins at 10:45pm. The winner will receive a VIP table package and a dinner-for-two gift certificate from the Enzian. Admission is $5 (includes one complimentary Peroni), $50 VIP two-top table with one bottle of champagne and $100 VIP four-top table with two bottles of champagne. The event begins at 9pm.
