Mixologist Adam Seger knows booze. It shows in concoctions like the Farm to Bar, an ultra-seasonal creation inspired by Harvest Moon Farms? produce, mashed with 10 Cane rum. And while the Lookbetternaked margarita might not roll off the tongue, it's a mighty fine drink of Partida Resposado and an all-organic blend of acai, agave, rosemary and egg white.

The Bristol

On nice nights, wide-open windows usher in breezes at this Bucktown boite, which gets props for its bites: The Scotch olives are not to be missed. It's also the perfect time to score a Rustic Rose, a mixture of Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, Bombay Sapphire gin, honey-rosemary syrup, fresh lemon juice and ginger ale.

The space that once housed Chaise is now a Mason Dixon-esque outpost serving serious snacks alongside creative and classic sippers, from a straight-up julep with mint-infused syrup to the Dirty Peach, a mix of Stoli, peach schnapps, lemonade and mint.
