Austin-Bergstrom Airport Restaurants

Salt Lick

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

A heapin' helping of Texana, delivered directly from nearby Driftwood to this airport satellite location. For your pre-flight fix for sauced-up meat, head to the concourse's West Food Court.

Amy's Ice Cream

3600 Presidential Blvd Ste 20, Austin, TX 78719

Amy's Ice Cream has been a tradition since Amy Miller opened the first shop in 1984 and, lucky for us, is still going strong. Tourists and Austin ex-pats grabbing their last taste of Austin aim for homemade flavors such as Mexican vanilla, sweet cream and--for the true Texan, Shiner Bock.

Austin Java

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

Name appropriate, Austin Java brews are home-roasted and locally-sourced, ideal for that tortuous red-eye flight to or from Austin-Bergstrom Airport.

Wok 'n Roll

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

We admit: airport Chinese food is typically sketchy, low-brow fare, but hey-- in a pinch, it works.

Fara Cafe

3600 Presidential Blvd Ste 114, Austin, TX 78719

Situated before Austin-Bergstrom Airport's security checkpoint, this upstairs cafe not only provides optimal people-watching, but also serves as the ideal meeting point for travelers and greeters that like to hug it out. More importantly, beer is nearly $2 cheaper here than within the passenger concourse.

Schlotzsky's

Austin Bergstrom Intl Airport, Austin, TX 78719

1971 saw South Congress hosting the first site of this small sandwich shop, but it's clearly made some pretty big moves since then. You can snag their fresh salads and sandwiches over grandiose square mileage throughout Texas, but for those on the go, find it near Gate 12.

Maudie's

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

To us, classic Tex-Mex means smooth-as-can-be queso, never-ending baskets of chips, cheese enchiladas topped with carne guisada and considerable heartburn. Maudie's at the terminal sends you off on the right note.

Waterloo Icehouse

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

This Austin original has eight locations around town, so they've got you covered whether you are coming, going or staying. Find Waterloo Icehouse in the primary concourse's East Food Court.

Mangia Pizza

3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719

Austin's take on Chicago-style pizza is a risky notion (particularly for Windy City natives with discerning taste), but no piping-hot, deep-dish slice goes unwelcomed for hungry travelers.
