The best restaurants in Capitol Hill maintain the feel of the neighborhood, meaning you can't find these things elsewhere. Each restaurant has their own unique spin on what they do, but the best ones all do have one thing in common: they serve amazing food. The knowledgeable, fashionable residents here would never settle for less than the best!

Capitol Hill expanded a little to the south when Lark opened, so the neighborhood could claim this Northwest-inspired small plates spot as its own. The craftsmanship, detail and local ingredients set Lark apart from other restaurants, and clinch it a spot as one of the best restaurants in Capitol Hill.
Ethan Stowell's foray into the neighborhood brings his unique Italian inspired food to the area, but with a Capitol Hill spin. In addition to his fabulous crudos (raw fish dishes) and expertly made pastas, there's Oyster Power Hour with $1 Northwest oysters.
