Generally speaking, you?d be hard pressed to consider a view of Sandy romantic, but this is no everyday restaurant with a view. Slide into one of the tall U-shaped booths and enjoy a menu where meat sings, cocktails are meticulous and rounded floor-to-ceiling give an exotic sheen to Sandy Blvd.
See Portland from above at this ultra-chic concept restaurant with a view. From the flight deck on the 15th floor of the Nines, you'll sip high-end cocktails among the pretty people and watch the summer sun sink into night.
