We scoured the city--and its outskirts--to uncover some great discounts, from $1 tacos and $1 wine to $1 clothing and $1 entertainment.

Starting July 26 (and every Monday thereafter) from 5pm-close this cool restaurant at the W Hollywood is offering raw bar items for $1. Choose from New Zealand mussels, little neck clams on the half shell, and shrimp cocktail. Other food and drinks range from $2 to $8.
So many choices, so little money! Sweet deals abound at this popular spot. Cookies are 35-cents each or three for $1; a single scoop of Dreyer's ice cream is $1; and the famed ice cream cookie sandwich is $1.50. All day, every day.
Get some (really) cheap laughs at this small theater where Jeff Garlin from "Curb Your Enthusiasm" hosts a weekly $1 comedy show with special guests. Although currently on summer hiatus, the event will resume in the fall. Til then, check their site for weekly free shows.
