The Outlet Store - Bloomingdales

A much-anticipated addition to the Potomac Mills outlet mall, this discounted version of the upscale department store is the first in the country. The 22,000-square-foot space sells excess merchandise and clearance items from the regular stores at 40 to 60 percent off.
