She's traveled the United States and Europe as a protege to Wolfgang Puck, but it was Denver that Jennifer Jasinski decided to make her home. After 3+ years at Panzano, Jasinski decided in 2004 to open her own restaurant, Rioja. She now also owns Bistro Vendome, across the street from Rioja.
