She's traveled the United States and Europe as a protege to Wolfgang Puck, but it was Denver that Jennifer Jasinski decided to make her home. After 3+ years at Panzano, Jasinski decided in 2004 to open her own restaurant, Rioja. She now also owns Bistro Vendome, across the street from Rioja. She shared some of her favorite local spots with Citysearch.
