Elizabeth Falkner, owner and chef of the well-loved Citizen Cake and Orson restaurants, has made her mark on both the San Francisco and national culinary scene. In addition to penning the cookbook, "Demolition Desserts," Falkner has also appeared on "Iron Chef America" and as a guest judge on Bravo's "Top Chef."
