Miami wasn't part of the United States in 1776, but it doesn't mean that this beach-blessed town doesn't know how to celebrate the country's independence. By day, catch patriotic parades and dazzling firework displays that can be found all over town. By night, keep the festive mood going at the clubs and hot outdoor eateries.     The festivities start at 6pm, when a patriotic parade will circle the arena's parking lot. Inside the center, indulge in food concessions and live entertainment or head outside for kiosks and family-friendly diversions. Fireworks will cap off the evening at 9pm, launched from the adjacent Sawgrass Mills mall.
