By day, catch patriotic parades and dazzling firework displays that can be found all over town. By night, keep the festive mood going at the clubs and hot outdoor eateries. Bankatlantic Center

The festivities start at 6pm, when a patriotic parade will circle the arena's parking lot. Inside the center, indulge in food concessions and live entertainment or head outside for kiosks and family-friendly diversions. Fireworks will cap off the evening at 9pm, launched from the adjacent Sawgrass Mills mall.

Waterfront fun on the bay begins at 3pm, when the event's "kid zone" hosts outdoor activities for children of all ages. Vendors will set up food stands around the park, or you can walk over to the adjacent Bayside shopping and dining complex for some shady respite. Fireworks are shot from a barge on Biscayne Bay at 9pm.
