Daddy Mojo's Cafe

Daddy Mojo's Cafe

Portland, OR

At the bottom of the 15th Ave. hill, just a jaunt from Alberta Street sits this uncrowded spot where regulars play Keno, and brunch is fast.

Podnah's Bbq

Podnah's Bbq

Portland, OR

New location! 1625 NE Killingsworth, more seats, more meat, more killer Bloody Marys (with BBQ sauce in the mix). You can buy bottles of the sauce to bring home, though you probably won't be able to recreate the magic.

Grain & Gristle

Grain & Gristle

Portland, OR

A stunning natural edged maple bar centers this space. A chalkboard boasts the many local beers available while the spirits lie in wait on the bar's center island. The seafood chowder was one of the best I'd ever eaten, it was a special so I can't promise it will be there for you. The pub pretzel and spicy mustard complimented my pear cider.

Pok Pok Noi

Pok Pok Noi

Portland, OR

Small space offering the same big flavors. The wings are legendary, the papaya salad will blow your head off & the drinking vinegars with soda will cool you back down, celery or pineapple are two of my faves!
