GREAT WORK, I AM IMPRESSED! – Great work, I was very impressed with my technician Gary. He came to my house and fixed my GE refrigerator. He was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong. I would highly recommend Andre's Appliance. I will use them again. I am not one to write online but I really was happy with their work.

First of all I am not a former employee. My personal experience with Andre was horrendous. My wife and I dropped our washing machine off Aug 13th and were told we would receive a diagnoses in 5 business days (A little long for a diagnoses but I had already unloaded the washer). Aug 23rd, 7 business days later no one has called so I called them and was promised I wound hear from them today or I would be there tomorrow to pick up my washer. Aug 24, No one has called so we went to the shop to get our washer and as we walked in we was greeted with " I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU " (Yeah right). I asked for the washing machine and they said we have the diagnoses. Come to find out the waster pressure hose needed to be replace and it would cost $87.00. I said no thanks and come to find out they had already done the work without asking and had to undue the hose before I could take it. At that time my wife asked for our $25.00 diagnoses fee since we never received a diagnoses ( until we showed up to take the washer). At that time a man I assume was Andre stepped in and and asked the cashier what was the problem as if I was not standing next to him. I addressed him when he asked the cashier what my problem was and why I wanted them to return my $25.00 when I just received my diagnoses. ( What a joke right ). After a few minutes of Andre arguing with me ( the CUSTOMER ) I said keep the money but that I would write plenty of reviews about this experience. Andre said go ahead I have taken a class on how to remove the reviews ( I see why you needed to take the class ). To end the ordeal a man opened the back door rolled out my washer and went back inside without saying anything or helping. So we still had a broken washer and took it to A BETTER DEAL APPLIANCE SOURCE where we had a great experience and were treated like a customer. Come to find out the hose Andre wanted to replace and charge me $87 for was not broken just disconnected. A BETTER DEAL APPLIANCE SOURCE only charged me the $30.00 diagnoses fee and had it ready in less than 24hrs. Please take your business there.
No Show!! – I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm on a Friday and then had to call them back at 3:30pm to find out where the service man was, they stated he was on his way. I waited around till 6:00pm, they never showed and never called.
