Possibly worst salon experience of my life.. Sergio's was quite possibly the worst salon I have ever been to. The place looks nice, it appears to be a great place, but the employees are horrible, rude, smell like cigarette smoke (while treating you to a spa day?), and worst of all they care nothing about the happiness or satisfaction of their customers. I was extraordinarily disappointed with my experience and the management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, even though they were in the wrong. Even the lousy and overpriced places in the mall give you that much courtesy.

Hairstyle nice. Nice jobs on many women I love on television. One especially nice looking. She knows who she is. I love sergios. I love the women at Sergios too. Oh, Ok, The guys are Ok too.

stingy. They made me wait between appointments and to start the appointment. For what I paid it was not worth it. It was more like I had scheled 5 appointments not even back to back on the same day more than an all day thing.
