I lived on this property 3 years, and hated to move-out. The only reason I did so is because of an ill parent. Blanco was great, and I will return if I can in the future.
Compared to other apartment complexes in the area and same price range, Blanco Apartments is a decent place to live. It is very quiet, seems very safe, and the landscaping and apartment/townhouse layout is nice.
I moved into Blanco Crossing 13 Oct 11. My experience so far is good. I am very satisfied with the apartment and price. The patio is my favorite because of the convenience of the location of the washer and dryer. The residents have been friendly so far and don't have any complaints about the grounds of the apartments. This complex has a hommie feel to it.
Been here for a month and I have no complaints. Parking is not an issue, no loud noise from residents, maintenance handles work orders in a timely manner and the staff have been very nice. Brittany was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered every question and concern upon move in. I really like the location off of Blanco and also like that there is a convenience store, a city park and restaurants within walking distance.
Came here on a tour a couple weeks ago. Everyone was great and the place seemed clean, fun, and all of the above! I can't wait to move here and make Blanco Crossing Apartments my home. Great greenbelt close by too.
I just moved to San Antonio and we didn’t really know where to rent from. We started our search by looking for things around my new job and we went out from there. When I found Blanco Crossing it was perfect, so close to work. I spoke with Rhonda and she was patient and awesome. I was greeted with refreshments when we came to look at the apartment and got a good move in special too. I have been here since March of 2012 and we will be renewing our lease when the time comes.
I have lived here for over a year now and I love it here. I have never once had to call in a maintenance request. The community is located in a little backroad, so I feel secure.
I have never had a problem with the management at all. The only thing I wish they had were clickers for the gates. My car window is broken and it can be a pain to get out every time I have to open the gates. Also, it would be nice if the exit gate just opened when you pulled up to it. Other than that, I really love this place!
I have lived here for over a year and everything has been great. I would recommend it to others looking in the area. There’s plenty of parking, pricing is average for area. It's right near the park (even though I don't go), neighbors are quiet, maintenance fixes things quickly. The ladies in the office have always been nice and helpful to me. I love the layout of my 1 bedroom apartment (the larger one bedroom) and the balcony is huge. I've never had a problem with parking ever. A good place to live overall.
