Awesome experience – As soon as I walked into the door i felt welcomed from the very begging. i was helped by a very helpful and prompt sales person. My questions were answered and I was assured my appliances and plumbing would be delivered in a timely manner and when i received all my things I was so excited to get everything as expected. The installation went smooth and I am "Thankful" that i was recommended to Kiva! Thanks again for a great opportunity.

Service Unreliable – I purchased a Dacor Dishwasher from STONE APPLIANCE in late Dec '08 and it was installed in Jan '09. Soon after that it did not work! I asked for my money back and for it to be removed. I was told that would be done. After waiting weeks for the removal and the refund I was told that it would have to be serviced first before they would consider removing. So the service calls started and to no avail did the problem get resolved. I then called Dacor direct in California who told me they had no record of my problem and would have to research it but would be back to me within two hours the same day---over two months later no return call. Today I called STONE APPLINCE and asked to speak to the manager of Stone Appliance and was given the run around several times and then lied to and given to someone other than the manager. I persisted and finally got the manager who was extremely helpful but said she had to get more info(here we go again) before she could send someone out to remove the dishwasher and refund my money---I have been promised a call back today but it has now been over 30 minutes so I am wondering if another promise has been made that won't be kept but I will get my money back and I will report this to the appropriate reporting agencies. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND DACOR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE!
A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. – Stone Appliance is now owned by someone else AND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CHANGES. We orderd a range. Delivery was delayed due to an employee foul up. The first time we cooked on it the front burner would not work. The oven door lock was bent. The service company suggested that we had received a floor model. When Stone was notified, the employee agent who sold it was very uncooperative. We were told that it would depend on how many service calls we made as to whether we had received a LEMON....GO ELSEWHERE. .
