Worst Dry Cleaners Ever!!!!!!!!!!- The Super Dry Cleaners on Pat Booker Rd. Still waiting on a pair of $100 jeans to be clean. Put in for next day service on a Friday to get back Saturday and today is Tuesday. Called customer service got answering machine all day whoever MARY is needs to be fired. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
Super Cleaners at Loop 1604 & Redland Road, north side.I would say their customer service is horrible, but it has to exist to be given that much credit. I started using them because of their prices. The quality wasn't as good as others, but I was willing to accept it because of the price difference. They never fixed broken buttons, more often than not the shirt collars are wrinkled, etc. Then one day they totally destroyed one of my favorite shirts - so I brought it to the employee's attention. She took it back, put a "received damage" tag on it, and took my phone number. Never got a call. A week or so later, I ask about it with a different employee, and was told I had to submit a claim form. I asked for a claim form, and she couldn't find one. So a week or so later, I go in and now they have a claim form, so I submit it, and again I'm told they will call me. No phone call. I called customer service twice and left voice mails. No return call. I sent an email to them from the link on their website. No reply. I've pretty much given up on them at this point, so the best I can do is warn others. I will not use them again, and would recommend that anyone looking for decent service look elsewhere. No real issues with the store employees, the screw up occurred wherever they do the actual laundering, and the non-existent customer service is a management issue.
Super Cleaners on Pat Booker in Universal City – Very poor service. I had to repress my shirts before wearing them. The desk help, Rebecca, is rude. I was giving them one more chance and trying to explain which shirts were poorly pressed. She would not respond and just starred at me. I ended up leaving with my clothes after asking to see the manager. She refused and said I could fill out a complaint card.
It's true, " you get what you pay for"... this place is low rent.
Terrible- ruined clothes, refused to pay – I took two $100 shirts to the Pat Booker location (Universal City, TX) after wearing them once each and asked them to be please be careful with them. They both came back on hangers, in the bags, literally covered in orange and black tar and oil. One had mostly orange tar or solvent all over it that came off after two more washings. The all oil stained shirt never came fully clean. They advised me further washing would damage the shirt and dismissed my claim for reimbursement of the cost of it.
As an added bonus, the attitude of the girl at the register showed she couldn't care less.
STAY AWAY from this sham of a cleaner. They truly are to be avoided.
Check the Better Business Bureau website- they have an "F" rating.
HORRIBLE-They lost my 7 shirts on our first visit – My husband got an office job- So we are back to shirts and dress pants. Location was close to my house. I dropped off 7 shirts, 4 pants. Was told my stuff would be done by 3pm. I arrive at 4pm and there truck has not arrived... we go and get something to eat... its 5pm and no truck still. They close in 30 minutes now. The truck pulls up a couple minutes before closing and my pants are there but not my shirts. They cant find them. They call another location and find them! The rude lady behind counter says well nothing i can do its time for me to leave its closing. I tell her that i paid for service and i needed the shirts for the work week. She asks me if i want to drive to the Pat Booker location 10 miles away. I tell her NO- she says well then you will just have to wait until monday at 5pm sorry and boots us out the door. (we ended up driving to the other location to pick up our clothes) Where several other people were upset that there clothes were lost or not done on the time promised and they were closing. NOT A GOOD PLACE. WILL NOT GO BACK
Worst Dry Cleaners Ever!!! – The Super Dry Cleaners on Pat Booker Rd is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get my issue resolved with the Super Cleaners at 2725 Pat Booker Rd in Universal City, TX 78148 for over 4 months now.
They made holes at the bottom of my custom fit dress shirt which cost $100 and now they've been evading my calls and giving me the run around. I've already followed their guidelines and submitted the proof of purchase for the shirt as well as allowing them to keep my shirt so I'm both out of a shirt and the money they owe me. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had and I want them to be exposed for how they treat their customers so someone else doesn't need to go through this.
I would never go to them again, and please avoid them at ALL costs. I've already spoken to someone from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they said Super Cleaners has an F rating and they're notorious for never responding to complaints. Save your time and $$ and go somewhere else.
