Bad Customer Service – I have gone here many times before food is ok. Anyway the guy taking our order is told to move to another register and cant figure out why it doesn't work, well the cook she takes our order , we tell what we want iget my food and its not what i ordered. I tell the girl and they fix it and then she tells me i owe them money. At this point i've spent 40 dollars here and they cant put 2 dollars worth the cheese and mushrooms. So i said i wanted refund let them throw their money away for inconviencing me . I wont be going back here.
If you want to get food posoning! Eat here!!! – 1st i know that the word on my header is miss spelled they wont let you use it! WE TOOK FOOD TO GO AND WHEN WE GOT HOME. I FOUND MY BURGER AND MY HUSBANDS BURGER TO BE SO UNDER COOKED. I HAD TAKEN A BITE OF IT. IT WAS LIKE EATING SLIME. I WAS VERY LUCK NOT TO HAVE GONE TO THE HOSPITAL WITH FOOD POSONING. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. GREAT, BUT WE HAD COME HOME WITH NOTHING TO EAT. SO I WENT BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY TOOK MY RECEIPT AND SAID TO COME BACK WHEN THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO WAS THERE. SO I CAME BACK AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR MY RECEIPT. AND THEY TOLD ME IF I WOULD NOT LEAVE THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE. BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I AM TELLING EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN TO ME NOT TO EAT THERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD. AND THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! THAT IS HOW THEY MAKE THERE MONEY. I HAVE HEARD BAD STORIES BEFORE BUT LIKE YOU MAY BE THINKING IT IS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE CRAZY. I WAS THE ONE THAT WAS CRAZY FOR EATING THERE. .....I AM BOYCOTTING THEM!!!!..............
