as much as you pay better off somewher worth it – i can say the place is beautiful.but i can assure you huge flaws. i was pretty positive i received a massage from a non licensed massage therapist. i saw no license. it is really expensive and products are over priced. i herd the owner yelling at her employees.not very professional! if you like uptight places that is your spot.if not your better off else where. i gave this place a try because a friend told me it was nice.maybe everyone has there own opinion. it was slow there when i went and my friend said the same thing.you would think it was busy how the owner went on about her nonsense. all i can say is i was not a great experience. and bless the ladys that work there from what i saw. and now i hear that the owner does not have a good reputation.as so she thinks so. hope this helps.

Fabulous place to relax – This is the best spa I have had the pleasure to visit (and I have been to plenty of the trendy Houston spas throughout the last 10 years). The owner and staff are very helpful and know what they are doing. The layout and decor are fabulous. I have been going here for about a year and have enjoyed every visit. The whirlpool is the best place to relax before your services are done. And the Quiet Room is a great place to read or rest afterwards.

I started using their products about 3 months ago and have seen a difference in my skin already. I look forward to my facewash every morning. I highly recommend this place for yourself or a gift for somebody else. This is also a great place for a girls day or weekend!

Whispering Waters Day Spa - Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful. – My first visit to Whispering Waters was like I was on a secluded island. There was so much serenity I could have stayed there all day....literally. For those couple of hours I was there, all of my burdens went away. It was a wonderful experience. I've been recommending Whispering Waters to everyone I know.

Great Day Spa – The massage was wonderful, and very relaxing, and through. I did not want it to end. The lotions were wonderful, and smelled so good. The pedicure was so relaxing and felt so wonderful as well. I would recommend it to anyone. I was the most beautiful spa I have ever seen, and the most relaxing one.

beautiful spa and beautiful woman – Ana and her business get 5 stars from me because she knows what she is doing, and I walked out with a face that hasn't looked this good in years! My face had some discoloration and sun spots, and my pores were a bit on the large side. Ana spent an hour with me and she did an amazing job targeting my problem areas and giving me a clean even complexion! I can tell that with her method, my face will be amazing after 3 treatments as opposed to 12/13 with the normally superficial surface ones I have received in the past. I have been to many spas and have had various services, and if there is one thing that I have learned, it is that entrepreneurs have risked, worked very hard, and they care about the quality of their services because it is their passion and livelihood. Ana fits this description to a T.

I first spoke to her over the phone, and I was impressed by her knowledge. I went in for a microdermabrasion, and though I have paid less, I never got the results I had with Ana after just the first treatment! The idiom that says; "You get what you pay for" is perfect here. When I got home, I kept looking at my face and got excited by the results. Ana is German, and it was fascinating to get to know her. As a hispanic with a rich culture, I am always fascinated to learn from people of different cultures and experiences, and I am grateful that such a skilled woman resides and contributes to our beautiful city. Btw, her Bichon Frise is beautiful! As an owner of 2 Pomeranians, I love people who love their animals..... I will be making regular appointments with Ana, and my face will only benefit from her skilled eyes, hands, knowledge and experience! My face can age gracefully and still look beautiful! Thank you Ana!!

Beautiful Spa, Terrible Owner – I only gave it one star because I HAD TO.

Listen - let me just tell you straight up. I used to work for this lady. Her spa is AH-MAZING! Super beautiful!

First off - she instructs her "massage therapists" to only give 45-50 minutes massages although they are advertised as one hour. I used quotations around massage therapists because only some of them are licensed, she just "trains" the rest. And while I'm sure Ann's response will be, if I stop now, "all of my therapists are fully licensed and trained. Blessings, Ann." I can tell you, assuredly, they have not all been. She schedules the appointments on the official schedule under a licensed therapist and then has an unlicensed therapist perform the massage. While working for her, she was interviewing to replace another girl that was there. The girl-to-be-replaced had no idea and Ann wanted to get rid of her because she was "fat and lazy". Verbatim! I watched her interview an overweight girl and she said "hell no" after the interview. I then watched her interview a black woman and she said "I will never hire a black woman, they're too head strong and there's only room for one of those in here." Ain't that the truth? She puts out products and marks the prices up for profit. Not a whole lot, but enough to matter. She yells at all of her employees, except for Terry, who, God bless that woman, has stayed with her for years. But Ann, you're reading this, and believe me, she talks about you behind your back. While I worked there, 3 people came and went. They all quit. No one has the chance to get fired by her. And none of the other spa owners respect her. She likes to throw around her "famous" friends. She used to have money but she doesn't now. Her spa, that she spent a million dollars on, is not busy at all. Maybe 5-6 appointments a day. She used to have a house and a much more successful spa but she sold it to build the new one and she actually lives there upstairs by the Quiet Haven. She has cameras all over the place because she's just looking to pick a fight with her employees. Her favorite word to call people is "cow". Oh and her dog Daisy? Runs around the whole place. Not legal at all! I know, personally, that it's a health code violation and she always told me to never say anything because it could get her in trouble.

But the place is pretty.

My Pick for Top Spa – My girlfriends recently gifted me with a 1-hour Swedish massage at Whispering Waters Day Spa, as I was very much in need of some rest and relaxation. Whispering Waters certainly delivered! The environment instantly brings a sense of calm and peace. There is no rushing, no raised voices, no stressed employees. Included with my massage was use of their gorgeous three-waterfall whirlpool and sauna, as well as use of the "Quiet Haven" room. The decorations inside are lush, with bite-size snacks, refreshing beverages, and soothing aromas and sounds. I actually kind of wish I could live in the Quiet Haven, but I'm pretty sure someone would have noticed if I camped out there!

Overall, it is an extraordinarily peaceful and enjoyable experience just to be on residence, and that speaks nothing of the services. As stated, I received a one-hour Swedish massage. The massage suite was lovely and the masseuse highly skilled in her craft. I felt the tension melt away. My only complaint is that it only lasted an hour!

There are many places that you can go to get a massage in this town. There are few that offer a sense of respite and relief as does Whispering Waters Day Spa. I give it my highest recommendation, and cannot wait to return!

I really hate fake reviews – Obviously fake reviews plugging your name....sad. Pushing discounts for good reviews......really sad. Denying services and refunds because of an honest review....pitiful. To be successful you have to learn from your mistakes not defend or hide them. For a guest to truly relax it an atmosphere, it can not be run by so much negativity.

My Spa of Choice – I have been a Client of Ms. Ann's at Whispering Waters Day Spa for years. The first time I visited Whispering waters I was impressed.

Ms. Ann treated me like I had been going their for years and she really cares. She not only cares about my skin and my health but she cares about what is going on in my life and makes a effort to see how I'm doing.

Whispering Waters is beautiful and the experience is peaceful, relaxing and over the top.

Ms. Ann has not only helped my skin improved but in the process my confidence has improved as well.

Not only does she give amazing services, but she educates you on how to take care of your skin at home by recommending the very products she uses herself.

Ms. Ann has great knowledge on skin care and is open to sharing that knowledge. Her whole staff is amazing, Terry has been there for I think 10 years and the receptionist has been there for like a year.

I think the only thing I would have to say I don't like is that the experience ends...I would love to stay there 24/7. Keep up the amazing work that you do Ms. Ann.

Thanks for everything Ms. Ann I'm so grateful to have met such a Incredible and dedicated lady.
