now i know. didnt know what had happened to Mr. Martinez , but from last posting now i know, I had gone by to get alarm looked at and place was closed .God Bless him
Does anyone know what happen to Mark Martinez?. He tinted my Lexus and did a great job.. I am sad to hear that he has passed away. I was looking to have another vehicle tinted by Mark.. RIP Mr. Martinez.

ALARM WAS OK, THE GUY (MARK) TRIED EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO UPSELL AND TO GET TINT JOB.
I FELT TOO MUCH PRESSURE FROM THIS MICKEY .
MAYBE A LITTLE ANGER MANAGEMENT WOULD HELP. BECAME VERY ANGRY WHEN I REFUSED.
a company where someones word still means something. When I first met Mr Mark Martinez he told me that if I would bring my car to his shop to be tinted that he would make sure that I was taken care of . The next week I went and everything that he said from the quality to the wonderful customer service was exactly what I was promised. Thank you Mark its nice to see that there are still businesses that care about their customers
great customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I took my vehicle in for tint and an alarm and was very impressed with the service and knowledge of the products i received. Now a days most companies do not take the time to explain anything to their customers, but that was not the case here. I would definitely take my next vehicle back to them without hesitation and have recommended them to all my family, friends and co-workers. The best customer service i have received in a long time!!!
Best in San Antonio by far. I strongly recommend this shop to take care of all of your tinting, DVD player, security alarm, etc? needs. These guys do an absolute great job, and really strive to please the customer to the utmost of their ability. I was very pleased with the work I received from Martinez Mobile Tint & Alarm and no where else in San Antonio could anyone match the great prices Martinez will give you with the same quality of work. I challenge you to get the same prices at Mother's (you won't). They tinted both of my vehicles and placed a 10" flip down DVD player in my Nissan Rogue a month ago. On top of all that I had an issue come up with my DVD player last week, I called Mr. Martinez and he took me in right away to fix the problem. I couldn?t have asked for any better customer service than that. Thank you Mark Martinez for all of your help man and keep up the great work.
Horrible Customer Service. This place is horrible! Very deceiving. Their motto is: "We specialize in customer service." Well that is definitely not the case. I took my car in to get the windows tinted and got it back with alot of haziness. He told me this was normal and would go away in a week or so; meanwhile trying to rush me out of his store. It sounded typical of tint when you first get it put on, so I believed him. Well a month passed and it never went away. I went back and took my receipt and asked him to fix it. He said he couldn't, and that all tint looks that way. What a liar! I fought with him back and forth, and soon realized I was talking with a cocky, incoherent man! I didn't even want him to redo it after awhile since he was being so childish. He definitely does have anger issues. His work is horrible, and he is very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
Best Tint Shop In town !. Great service ! Very helpful and nice clean environment, the owner gave me a great deal ! and the work was performed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.. I would recommend everyone to this store this is by far the best i have ever used... Thanks again for the great job !
Customer Be AWARE. Terrible service and quality of product. Once they have your money (which by the way they only take checks or cash) you are toast. You can never get anything repaired without having to hear the grand lecture of how busy they are and what a waste of time it is to fix your complaint since you are taking the place of a new customer. The owner is an arrogant @#$%! He is rude and has anger managment problems. I had to listen to him yell over the phone and still have yet to have my DVD player worked on. Window tint is has numerous bubbles and dust trapped under it. Of course, this is not part of the warranty after being told that he will do anything to may his customers happy (before payment received). Had to give one star to post this review but deserves no stars as a rating.
