Very pleased. Friendly staff. Very nice waiting area. Appointment was right on time with no delays.
WORST MEDICAL OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – This practice is HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE! I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Tamara Domingues and since then have a great practice that actually took a moment to find the problem. The billing office has been awful to work with. The doctor coded wrong and I had to fight for over a year to get a $1000 bill through their office coded correctly to only pay my portion. Then, after I left this practice, my husband kept going here for sick visits and it is now 2012 and they tried to come after us with a bill from 2009 and 2011 when he is now overseas serving our country. They were obviously closing out their books at the end of the year and realized they messed up and then accused us of bills being sent which never came to us. If it wasn't for their office manager, Tina, that tried to understand the problem-this situation would have gotten worse as this is the second time I have had to fight with them over billing charges. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!
TERRIBLE RECEPTION STAFF – DO NOT TRY TO BE A WALK-IN. The reception staff is a joke. Not only are they rude, they have no compassion. I waited with my 87 year old mother suffering from Alzheimers over an hour and 40 minutes. Was told only 2 people ahead of me but after 4 more people called and one woman who had complained, I questioned the staff only to be told I was a walk-in and they had appointments. This was not true since I overhead the one woman complaining. Others in the room had been waiting over an hour as well. Don't offer this "service" if you can not really accommodate walk-ins. Who cares if the doctors are good, no one is worth this sort of wait. Next time try using a little common sense and maybe your pea size brains to evaluate the patients waiting and who maybe a little more "urgent" than others. Best of luck to the doctors. With this sort of staff your are going to need it.
Good service, nice location, nice office, very comfortable – This place is pretty good, but one lady, I think she was a practitioner, is not very bright. I kept explaing and explaining to her the same thing over and over and over again, and she just didn't get it. Trying to get through to this woman was impossible. After over 20 minutes of speaking with her, I was so frustrated I just gave up trying to make her understand. She repeatedly told me my daughter had already had her immunization, even though she hadn't, so I left. I sat in my car ready to cry I was so frustrated. I remained polite to her, but I was very annoyed. After cooling off in my car, I called the office from my cell, and explained to the person on the phone that my daughter could not return to school without the shot and she had to get it. They told me to come back in, and she FINALLY got her shot. The same lady who annoyed me performed the injection, which made me very nervous because she just didn't seem too bright.
She's polite, but don't try to get any point across, it won't work. Also, she had very bad halitosis, so avoid breathing through your nose while she's talking.
Overall, the staff is polite and the office is very nice and comfortable, so I'd still recommend them even with the annoying practitioner. Maybe she was just having a dumb day.
