Extremely Knowledgeable and Helpful – I inherited a wood stove from my father that was purchased in the 80's. Ken was so helpful, ordering parts for me and actually walking me through the steps of what I needed to do to get ready for installation. He returned my calls promptly and spent a lot of the time educating me about the stove that I did not even buy from them! If you want to get good service from a very knowledgeable staff I highly recommend them. If you price compare keep in mind you get the consultation along with the product at this store. Also, their name is a bit misleading because they carry the largest selection I've ever seen of outdoor furniture and products. If I ever buy another stove I'll buy from them!
georgetown fireplace – VERY RUDE!!!! OWNER JUST WALKED AWAY FROM ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY ISSUE WHERE ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF A PROBLEM AND WHEN I SHOWED UP, THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO PASS THE PROBLEM AROUND. I RECOMEND ANTHONY'S FIREPLACE FOR LOCAL OR ORDER PARTS ONLINE THEIR BETTER PRICED I FOUND MY PART FOR HALF THECOST FROM PATRIOT SUPPLY
great mechandise – The logs are beautiful when they are burning. If we are lucky, we may get 45 minutes before the logs goes out and cannot be relit again for several hours. I got the remote starter and do not know if the manual lighting does better. The owners' son has yet to return my telephone call. Oh by the way, I only had the logs for a couple of weeks. If the installer would return phone calls in a timely manner and try to give his father 's business good customer service this place could easily be rated as a 5 star establishment.
IN RESPONSE: I must admit we are not perfect. In this case, had we collected a 2nd phone # or email address we?d have been able to reach this customer. (Our fault not his.) This happened in the holidays. Between our rush and then misses on the phone the timing seemed "FOREVER" before we were able to tweek his system and leave with a happy customer. Once contact was made this issue was immediately resolved. We now ask for second phone #s and emails. Our lesson learned! Gene Henry - Owner
