Bad Payment Management. I had the same problem, I got a new credit card and they continued billing the old one and charged me a late fee for 3 months, even though no one called me to tell me that it had been declined. I had tried to cancel my account the same time that my card changed so when I didnt see it drafting out each month, I just assumed that the cancellation had gone through. They were not at all helpfull with my situation (I moved to another city for 3 months before this happened) Anyways, its an ok place to tan, not too dirty, but not too clean either and the beds are not very consistent, some have new bulbs and others dont so you never know how your tan is going to turn out. The staff is at least knowledgable about the products. I would recomend tanning here just be carefull with the payments, always assume the worst will happen.
I'm canceling my membership. TanItAll is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I did not see great results with their beds, although they are 20 minutes instead of the cheaper 30 minute beds. The staff is the least knowledgable of any place I've been to, but aren't pushy. However, I would not recommend this place because if you have any problems, you can't deal with them at the salon. You have to go through a payment service. I was on a freeze (a dollar a month until you want to tan again) when I had my credit card stolen, and the payment service automatically sent me a bill when my CC number changed. I am still trying to get this charge taken off, but I am dealing with the payment service in Marble Falls, and it is very impersonal and quite a hassle. I have canceled my membership for good.
