2003/2004 I had a little Dodge Dart cute little car, LOVED HER.. Grace I had only 3 months than one day 2004 about February first on a wet rain roads I sat waiting for a light and I was praying and thinking of all the things going on and things I had to do that day. I looked to my left there was a pretty teal truck going to my right. In front was a med SUV coming fast to stop I looked down and than I HEARD A CRASH... I looked up the pretty teal truck was facing the opposite way coming straight for me. It hit me and pushed my car into the dump truck behind me totaled my Dodge out. I sat there and a man came running up to see if I was alright, all I could think of don't confess I am hurt so I said to my knowledge I am fine... my cell phone was knocked to the floor and I heard my best friend screaming Brenda, Brenda are you all right. some she was calling me just when it happened & the phone flipped on where she heard all that was going on. They put me in this truck to wait to be examined. In the front seat was a young woman talking to someone telling them her brakes locked up. I remember her coming down to the light not slow either. Insurance paid for me to have a rent car for 2 weeks. My church friend asked me what are you going to do? I told her I don't know God opened the door for my dodge he could open the door for me another car even a brand new one if he wanted. Someone told me to go and push a button to see if I could win a car. I did, I told the young man who was helping me to check to see if I win the car what happen, he went and told his manager. I was still in shock and hurt over my loosing my little Dodge. BUT God used it for Good... The PEOPLE were WONDERFUL AND CARING, they helped me get a car at first I did not find a use car that My tall sons could fit in back that I liked. The team help me get a BRAN NEW VIBE... I put all but 4/5 miles on it. I still have my Vibe and If they were still selling them I'd buy a new one if I could but my job went to India. The whole Call Center went to India people lost their jobs, I loved working for Unisys for almost 7 years. helping people... BUT I WANT TO SAY THAT THE SOUTH POINT PONTIAC GMC was a wonderful team. They were caring, helpful and they sold me a car that I think is THE BEST. HARDLY HAD ANY PROBLEMS. 2014 now and it still is a great car even with the use problems threw the years.
IF THEY WERE STILL SELLING PONTIAC VIBES I WOULD GO AND BUY ANOTHER IF I HAD A JOB... but for everyone to know THANK YOU FOR THOSE PEOPLE IN FEB. 2004 FOR SELLING ME A WONDERFUL CAR....
Lucky I saved a bunch of money – I recently bought a Jeep at SouthPoint Jeep through the cash for clunkers program. Lucky for them.
The salesman was very rude during the entire process, knew nothing about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, made me feel like a nuisance and lied about the vehicle I was buying. Not to mention the fact that he yelled at me when I called to find out a time to pick up the vehicle, made me wait for hours and apparently did much of the paperwork wrong.
I love Jeep vehicles, but had horrible service at this dealership. The sales manager eventually gave me a $10 gas card for my troubles - it did not make up for spending 12 hours waiting and being treated very badly after spending a ton of money with them.
They are very lucky that Chrystler had a matching program and I was saving so much money, or I would have walked and I'm sure others will too.
Great Service Department – Greg and the technicians there are by far the best out there.
Really awful!!!!!!!! – I bought my jeep a year ago, and since then have been shocked and frustrated at the after service southpoint give. It is terrible!!!!! The guy's in the service center are so lazy that it is almost entertaining to watch them, whilst you wait 6 hours for your oil change.
iT IS AMAZING no one takes any responsability for anything. The room where you wait your 6 hours smells so bad of toxic fumes, you can't wait inside, so you are forced to wait outside for up to six hours. The coffee holder sits on it's burner all caked in old burnt coffee, and the restrooms have skid marks and urine on the seats. Both times i have had a service I have waited over 5 hours. One time being told at 5pm that I would have to bring it back the next day. They told me it would take an hour and a half. Really bad!!!!! I mean really bad!
Worst customer service – We purchased a vehicle at South Point and the service was horrible. The finance department used every possible way to take advantage of us. Getting them to return any phone calls was like pulling teeth. I've dealt with many dealership and I can say they are the worst!!!
SouthPoint Jeep Service is terrible! – New Jeep: Tires require 33 psi - they put in 40 psi. They installed accessories, bolts were missing, fabric was torn, etc., all in places not readily visible. Drive shaft made 'strange noise' they ordered a new one and installed it. One week later, the transmission started leaking - the bolts hadn't been tightened properly. Don't go to SouthPoint Jeep for service unless enjoy dealing with gross incompetents!
