Went there to get new eyeglasses (and also new prescription sunglasses). I have progressive lens so got the expensive VARILUX brand. Got the high quality sunglasses with extra glare removal coating. Bad experience. The regular glasses were not right. Turned out that they did not cut the lens right, as they centered the lens too high within the frame (couldn't see!). Then when the redo's were ready (a week later, as these are special order lenses), there was some glue or residual glass stuck in the corner of the lens where the frame is. So i didn't notice this until 2 days later. Back to the store. In the process of removing it, they inadvertently melted part of the nose piece part. Noticed that 2 days later, and took them back in and they replace the frame on the spot. The next day I realize the frames aren't straight on my head so had to go back for that to be adjusted. FINALLY, those are done. The sunglasses had to be remade 3 times as each time the lens came with a defect, making it appear as those I was in a 3D movie theatre. Each time they said to try them out for a while, maybe it is just some getting used to ... each time, i came back and said "these aren't right." To their credit, they did remake them (all within my 30 day money back period), but it just seemed like incompetence all around. I had to have made 7-8 trips to and from that place. This is on top of my trying to get my glasses initially at the Braker Lane location. They had very poorly trained (brand new too) employees who were trying to help me (2 new ones) and they had NO idea what was going on ... so finally, after they froze up the computer (again, this is after 45 minutes) and they wanted to "start all over" with the order, I just said "no thanks, I'm out of here." I really had a very frustrating time with this, as you can see. My glasses are fine now and I have no complaints with them ... but the process just seemed too incredibly difficult!
