STOLE MY MONEY!!.
First of all their beds aren't even worth it. I guess it's okay for less than $30 a month, but not after you cancel and they continue to take money out of your account. First of all, they acused me of using store-bought lotion ... how would they even know? Would buying their $50 lotion tip them off??? um, no. Second of all, I told them I wanted to cancel ONE DAY after the day that would require that month to be my last one, so they said I had to pay the next month too. Fine. Lame but I guess that's the rules. Then when I made sure they cancelled me the next month they told me "yes, this will be the last time we take money from your account." LIES. They continued to withdraw money for 2 months afterwards and when I found out, Corporate refused to refund me the almost $60 they stole.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Okay if you want just a Mystic Tan..
I was a Platinum member with Tan-It-All, boasting both a Mystic/Tanning Bed combo....and now I downgraded to just Mystic. The reason for this is because their tanning beds are crap. I now go to Darque Tan, the luxury tanning experience, and get to experience and even higher quality of tanning beds starting at Level 1. In fact, a Level 1 Darque Tan bed (the lowest) is superior to all the beds at Tan-It-All.
At Tan-It-All I could not enjoy the experience of music because half their Pioneer CD players were either cracking, not working, or not readable to tune the radio stations or adjust the volume. Half the time, the hot blonde or pretty manager in the front would ask me if I wanted the room with the working CD player, or room with electricity. Can we say tacky? At Darque Tan you get a remote to adjust your volume, tune the radio, or flip to a different song in the CD...and the CD player is a sheek and elegant flat player mounted on the wall. No problems with music at Darque Tan! The price is even a little cheaper if you want to do Darque Tan Level 1 all the way.
I love the staff, and the charm of Tan-It-All, but if you are an Austin-area socialite/celebrity like me, go to Darque Tan! It will make you feel like a princess!
