Rockin' Mediterranean. I have been going to Meesha's for the past 10 years; it is simply one of the best Gyro places I have found in the East Bay; I love their special garlic/spicy sauce. Meesha is a super generous and wonderful host, especially considering this is kind of a fast food like joint in a food court; I highly recommend Meeshas for great food at a low price; service is fast and courteous!

Owner's pretty weird. Small outfit; went there many times because of the food. One day was out of cash, gave the guy a credit card. Suddenly realized that the guy charged me an extra buck - $8 in total for a large lamb gyro. Asked him - why the fee? He says, it's a transaction fee. Isn't it kind of high? Nah, you won't believe what the credit card charge these days. Not that high, I said, not a buck on seven bucks?? How do you know, he says? Fine, give me my money back.. the transaction fee isn't posted anyplace.. I can't, he goes, - look- the food's ready! Tossed the gyro over the counter and walked away...
