Customer service lacking. Fairbanks Animal clinic is always busy and the service is sometimes unrealiable. They are short staffed and it's often hard to call in and make appointments for shots, teeth cleaning, etc. If often takes several phones calls to get through and the staff rushes you through before they hang up.

Recently, I tried to make an appointment for my dogs to get a teeth cleaning and the woman I spoke to rushed through the call. She talked so fast that by the time I could confirm the date and time; she had already hung up on me!

On the day of the appointment, I brought my pets in for their teeth cleaning early in the morning, I was told that I would be called once they were finished. When I called to check on them in the late afternoon they still hadn't been seen yet! My poor dogs had been sitting in a cage, starving and waiting to be worked on for six hours! When I asked about the point of scheduling appointments so early in the morning, they got really short with me. Their customer service was certainly lacking.

It's true that Fairbanks probably has the cheapest prices in town but their service is definitely lacking. I guess you get what you pay for! :(
