Lousy customer service. This is for the rave at sunland park mall, i have been a long time customer, i love shopping their sales for my daughter and never had a problem returning products until today Aug. 5, 2007 when i was told i was a liar and not to return to their store my bussiness would not be welcomed anymore. Two days before i had bought some pants for my daughter, i asked the clerck if i could return the clothes if it did not fit my daughter. The answer was yes when i went back for that reason, they didn't want to honor their own policy (14 days to return regular and sale items) i was told no one would have told me i could return a sale item for a refund. To get my money back i had to get into an argument with her and then be told i was a rude person. How would anyone feel being called a liar, being told your rude, when all you wanted was the refund promised to you.
