Free Lifetime Warranty, Unconditional 60-day Refund or Exchange Guarantee.
I appreciated the service I received at Shane Co very much. The sales person (Zach) was very friendly and showed me exactly what I was looking for. He didn't try to push me into buying something I couldn't afford and everything he showed me was in my price range. After buying the engagement ring additional staff who didn't help me on the day I bought my ring recognized me and helped me get the ring in to be re-sized. The ring was ready when they told me it would be and in addition to the re-size they also made sure they cleaned it and when we got it back it was like new. Very impressive, would recommend to anyone! Thanks!
GREAT Jewelery store! – My Fiance and I spent a few hours with an exceptional lady named Destin and we got the most perfect ring!
We had no idea what we really wanted when we walked in, but she was able to create something that I LOVE! It it beautiful and I can't wait to wear it forever!
We had GREAT customer service from EACH person we talked to. The other staff members that weren't helping customers were always making sure we were ok and didn't need anything.
We will recommend this store to EVERYONE! We LOVED it! Thank you so much!
Buyer Beware! – My friend just had $475 taken by the Shane Co! He had a ring on lay-away and was planning on proposing to his girlfriend next month. They told him yesterday that the lay-away had been canceled back in January, and that he would only get $525 back in a gift card. A gift card?!? Insult to injury. Supposedly it is due to their restructuring. Best advice: don't go to Shane Co! You cannot trust them!
Shane Co does not ALWAYS honor their guarantees/warranties – My fiance purchased a ring without telling me, proposed to me, then we started ring shopping together. I didnt like the mountings at Shane Co, so we went to go refund the ring. It hadn't even been 30 days yet (they have 60 day guarantee) and we were refused anything but store credit/exchanges because they had filed for Chapter 11, YET they are running their business as NORMAL. I am going to small claims court to get the money back, and reporting them. If they want to remain a competitor in their industry, they should RESPECT their guarantees and warranties. I don't know much about law, or court ordered mandates, but I know that as a company who claims to be your friend in the diamond business, they should AT least stay true to their guarantees. An engagement ring is NO small investment, and it is something that you will have for life. Being in the industry they are in, they should KNOW this. I am beyond disgusted and angry with them myself, and I swear that I will get what's MINE.
The ads may lure you in, but it's the quality and customer service that will keep you there. – The Scene

Walk into the store and you'll find that impression is completely mistaken. Shane Co. has an intimate atmosphere, yet at the same time it is very well lit so you can see exactly what you are buying. The clerks are very knowledgeable and helpful. When they describe the quality of the products and the extensive service guarantees, you know you'll never buy jewelry in a shopping mall again.
