A Salt Lake burger palace where the cheesy french fries steal the spotlight..
The gimmick here is that you sit down, decide on what to eat, then grab the phone and call in your order. When everything's ready, the phone buzzes and you self-serve your meal. The setting is a big step above McDonald's--almost like a Denny's.
Don't come here with a diet in mind. The specialties are the multitude of burgers, along with cheese fries and onion rings. The burgers come in 17 varieties; highlighted selections include the bleu bacon (topped with blue cheese) and the burger especial (topped with chili verde, cheese, sour cream and guacamole). The burgers are merely OK--a bit dry and small (made with just a quarter pound of beef), so be smart with your topping choice. Share an order of cheese fries or onion rings--enough for two or three people. For more of a meal, try one of the chicken platters--two broiled chicken breasts (topped with everything from bacon to pineapple), along with a smaller portion of fries or rings.
To die for!!. I think Training Table has great food. The fry sauce is to die for it is the BEST ever. I have family from out of state that joke around about me sending food to them.
Blue Bacon Burger!!! Yummmmmmy!!. Very good Bleu Bacon Burgers, Cheese fries, Ultimate dipping sauce, and the new chicken fingers.
