Not impressed – The salon had a nice ambiance and the price was very reasonable but I would have rather spent three times as much. I can't remember the name of the stylist but she was one of the younger ones. I had three huge problems with my cut. 1) It was two to three inches shorter than what I asked for. This doesn't matter much for longer hair but since it was supposed to be shoulder length it turned into a "short" haircut. 2) I have curl in my hair which usually requires layers. She cut my entire hair with a razor and straightened it upon styling. When I asked if it would look good with curl she said yes. Well it didn't. Those funny pieces that looked funky straight just looked odd. 3) I asked for a different kind of shape and got the opposite. Also, I got bangs and I constantly have longer pieces sticking into my face. Basically I they just didn't know how to cut different types of hair.
good times....good times... – I was introduced to this salon by several co-workers 3 years ago. I have been goin ever since! Sam always answers your call with a smile in her voice. The service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Ellen is my personal stylist. She has fixed hair emergencies for myself and my daughter (It is never a good idea to cut your own hair, be you 5 or 35). She doesn't even make fun of us when we call begging for her help. The owner, Jeff, is a hair genious. He is great for entertaining conversation while you are getting foiled at the color bar.
Cafe Niche is hooked on to the place. What a genious idea! I am never hungrier than after a couple of hours chatting it up at the salon. You can even order a latte while you get your hair done and they will bring it to you!
Put down the scissors and the nice-n-easy and give them a call.
Leland Rocks! – I am one of those drifters that bounces from one salon/stylist to the next, never really finding someone that "knows" my hair (short really coarse = difficult). Leland spent over an hour on my first cut really studying my hair and trying to achieve the effect that we were going for - she nailed it. I have gone to Dexterity for the last several months and really like the fun hip atmosphere. Go there already!
An absolutely wonderful experience is to be had here- – After trying several salons, I have found a salon with superb everything! Soothing ambiance, stylish decor, great products and I have found a . I go to Tori, she is excellent coloring and cutting my hair. I usually get 2 or more compliments each day. She has my hair forever! Try her, you will love her-

Welcoming! – I have been to many salons, and have never felt so comfortable and welcome. The whole staff from the receptionist to the shampoo assistant to all the stylists I encountered were so fun and down to earth. Such an enjoyable afternoon!
