Great store! Always new inventory. Fun to come in and look around to see what's new.
I LOVE this store! Every time I come to the area I have to stop at Home Again! They always have the most beautiful and unusual items for sale. Each of the rooms in my house has a treasure that I have found at this store. I adore the owner Emily who is always helpful and creative.
Blatant customer abuse is Home Again's modus operandi.
I consigned something, they stained and damaged it, then they told me to take it back the damaged piece.
The owner treated me with disgust and arrogance and offered no apology.
This consignment store owner is a major crab! She's very rude to both customers and consignors. I've known a few consignors who used her once and never again. She's also rude and snobbish to customers. There are so many other consignment shops that are better. Avoid this one!
Have had many great experiences!!! – I just have to say what a great experience I have had with Home Again through the years. It is the best consignment store by far in Utah. They are fair with their pricing and they have a gift for displaying the items to make them look so attractive and beautiful. As a consignor, I understand that I am responsible to keep track of my account, which never has been a problem. I love Home Again and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great consignment store.
Consignment Store - but consigner beware – This beautiful little consignment shop displays its wares with style and class. The owners are quite particular about the goods they accept on consignment, and the inventory reflects that discretion. Home Again is a fun and cheerful place to shop with goods ranging from practical to quirky.
Goods are sold at a 50/50 split to the consigner. But consigner beware: read every line of the contract with great care. Pay no attention to what you might be told at the time of consignment; verbal assurances will not modify the contract.
Specifically, if you do not return to collect your money within the store's timeframe, the store will confiscate your money. Store management will not call you to notify you if your products have sold; they will not mail you a check; they will not notify you that your time limit is about to expire. They will just quietly pocket your share of the money, effectively raising their commission rate to 100% on your goods.
Perhaps you can tell from my review that the store management has declined to pay me my $88 share of sales. The store sold my items for $176. My return: zero.
I've heard that a satisfied customer tells 10 friends about his or her experience, while a dissatisfied customer tells 100 friends. This is my outreach to 100 friends. Consigner beware.
