Everything I would have hoped a dealership could be

My wife and I came to Nate Wade after our primary vehicle died. We were a bit stressed, because we hadn't planned on replacing our vehicle yet. We had secured an auto loan through our credit union when we went to Nate Wade.

When we got there, we informed Craig of our price range. He showed us vehicles well within the range we had specified, and we were never pressured to go outside of it. Craig was super helpful, and patient. He let us test drive several cars, informed us of the differences between them, and was generally very knowledgeable.

After we decided on the vehicle we wanted, we sat down and filled out the paperwork. We then met with Steve Yates, who also didn't pressure us at all. He informed us of our options, what they all mean, etc. He also asked if he could shop around for an auto loan and possibly secure us a better rate. We agreed, and we were super happy we did. He managed to get us a loan that was SEVERAL points lower than the loan through our credit union.

As a whole the experience was awesome and we will be back for SURE when it comes time for a new car. I have always been wary of dealerships because of the bad reputation a lot of them get. I would highly recommend Nate Wade Subaru, you won't be disappointed!

I recently helped my sister with the purchase of her 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek. We were referred to Nate Wade Subaru from several colleagues. After spending the majority of the week working with their team, I can now see why they are so highly recommended. Gentry in the Internet Dept. was incredible. He was patient and informative. We took a LOT of his time but he never stopped helping and he never pressured us. We now join all the others that recommend Nate Wade Subaru. Go see them!

This was my first experience with Nate Wade and the Subaru brand. I was a little worried because I did not know anyone personally that worked with Nate Wade. I contacted Gentry via email initially. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. He was not "fishing" for a sale. He wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself. I felt I could be completely open with him without feeling he was trying to take advantage of me.

Nick Poulos was the finance manager I worked with. Nick is an amazing guy. He knew what I was looking for and he was able to exceed my expectations. I'm not sure what kind of magic he uses, but I've never worked with a finance manager that was willing to work so hard for me.

Overall, Nate Wade and their employees have been very helpful, they treat you so much different than a stereotypical dealership. I'm blown away at the experience and treatment I've received.

I began my car search online as most people do now, and requested an e-mail quote. Within 5 minutes Nick Smith had replied with the requested information. I met with him several hours later, drove the car (2007 Subaru Outback), worked out a final sale price and he had the car sent to the shop for final touch-ups. When I went to complete the sale and pick up the car, the process was seamless and the dealership had far exceeded my expectations with the car. I had already received a pre-approval from America First, and Nick Poulos was able to finalize the sale with their approval so I did not have to go back to the bank. The entire staff that I had interaction with were all very professional and not at all pushy as I have experienced with many other dealerships. This has by far been my best car buying experience and they have definitely earned a customer for life!

Just had ANOTHER GREAT experience buying a 2013 Legacy from Nate Wade. Our family has been buying cars from Nate Wade since the 80's and each time we buy we get the same top-notch experience. Many thanks to Brett and his crew for helping us find another wonderful car. We WILL be back!

We just bought our first car and could not believe how, uneventful (in a good way) it was. Being our first car purchase in 12 years of marriage we were a little hesitant but Brock and his team made it exciting and stress-free, well...other than the fact that we were taking on a car payment for the first time in our marriage...but we were comfortable with our decision and never felt pressure, only help. Many thanks to Brock, Brett, both Nick's and Emily for all your help. We love our new Subaru!

I had the pleasure, yes pleasure of buying a car effortlessly from Nick Smith! He was informative and genuine. Not pushy at all.

I had been in a 20 car pile up on 215 in an Ice storm, so needed to replace my totaled car. I was dreading dealing with the whole car buying situation, I hadn't even had time to buy Juice for my house lately, let alone have time to pick out a new car.

Nick was so great, he handled everything with precision and I would recommend him and Nate Wade to anyone I know who might be in the market for a car.

LOVE Nate Wade Subaru! From Service to Sales, you cannot go wrong. We have purchased three cars from them over the past ten years, a used Nissan and two Subaru's and every time we go in, we are treated like family. They are the best;)

Had a very positive experience with the internet sales person. Carla York. She listened to me when I said how long I needed to wait before buying. and then she was there for me when I was ready. I love not being pressured to buy. However I am a bit leery with the feedback about the service department. The issues I am reading are exactly why I left the last dealership I used for my Ford. I guess I will just have to watch closely and make sure they do what they are supposed to do. or go somewhere else for all my servicing needs.

Kudos to Carla and the excellent care she took with me.

Thanks to Brett, Brock and Carla for another wonderful car buying experience. Our family has been doing business with these guys since the early 80's and we will never go anywhere else. You shouldn't either;) Go Nate Wade Subaru!!!
