In February, I purchased furniture from RC Willey using a new credit card for the first time.
About a month later I found that someone has been fraudulently using my card in Calif. So either someone has hacked RC Willey or there is someone dishonest working there giving out card numbers. I have decided after talking to the management that it is no longer safe to use credit cards there. BEWARE. Use your card at RC Willey and you may find out like me that someone will be using it in about a month after you make your purchase there.
Do NOT allow RC Willey's install people into your home for range top work. Certified Installs is the worst! A Pioneer Park homeless man could do a better job.
No Lemon Guarantee--HA! – Eight months ago I purchased a LG French Door French Door refrigerator from RC Willey on Town Center Drive, in Las Vegas. I have been a loyal customer of RCW for years and I am sorry to say that the purchase of the refrig has proven to be a mistake. To date RCW has failed in their company policies of the NO LEMON GUARANTEE or SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Three weeks ago the ice maker stopped working. We contacted RCW customer service and an authorized service technician was dispatched. After the 3rd service call the technician said the ice maker could not be fixed and he notified both RCW and LG that it needed to be replaced. We are now into week 4 and the frig cannot be replaced by RCW because the store has not received a return authorization from LG. LG says they cannot issue a return authorization because their Corporate office is not operating to full capacity because of the tornado damage in Alabama where the office is located. Thank goodness the problem was not the freezer or the main section of the frig. I understand "acts of God" but you would think that RCW would be eager to think out the box and come up with solution. I even suggestion that RCW take possession of my current refrig, replace it and store it somewhere until the paper work is issued. To date no one knows when that will be. I doubt very seriously that I will be purchasing anything else from RCW in the very near future or if ever. I am so tired of customer service representatives and managers telling me they are sorry for my inconvenience but there is nothing they can do at this time.
Awesome Service – Wow! I recently experienced amazing customer service from multiple employees at RC Willey. Even the customer service representative I just spoke to was extremely helpful in offering contact information. My family and I have purchased many items from RC Willey and have always been generally satisfied with the experience.
I recently experienced difficulties and repair issues with our 1 year 3 month old television (still a baby I know…lol). Luckily I had been fortunate enough during my original purchase to have gotten the extended 5 year warranty. I contacted your warranty department and was immediately scheduled for repair. Unfortunately the part malfunctioning was above the value of the TV which meant the entire television had to be replaced. I was so nervous… dreading having to fight over a warranty and replacement as I have done with other products before. In less than a few days my account was credited for the amount of original purchase. I was helped by a representative in your amazing warranty department (Heidi). She went above and beyond showing me televisions on line in the price range I was credited and made me feel comforted in the fact that I was not going to get messed with in the deal. I was afraid I wouldn’t get the quality of picture, size, or something comparable to what we had become accustom to. Wow….was I wrong! :)
Heidi had gotten us so excited we went to your location at 21st South the same day. I had to pleasure of working with Josh who helped us during the purchase of our new television. He was extremely informative, kind and respectful. I felt no pressure which was a breath of fresh air! He gave me many options to choose from and was also nice enough to step away and give us time to really decide which television was best for us. As soon as our decision was made he had the sales slip prepared immediately.

I went to your credit department and received excellent assistance in purchasing the new TV and instructions on where to take the old television and pick up our new one.
When home we had the opportunity to set up our new toy ( Samsung 46” LCD 1080p 120hz )! I am in love already. What a great product and exactly what we wanted. Many people take the time to send in complaints although few say “Thank You” when deserved!
