Once a thriving fishing village on San Pablo Bay, the park contains village remains and 1,640 acres of natural watershed along the bay. The park features extensive inter-tidal, salt marsh, meadow and oak habitats that are home to deer, squirrels and numerous birds. All campsites are walk-in sites for tent-camping only. There are picnic areas and fire rings at the campsites, as well as restrooms and showers. There are no hookups. Visitors can enjoy hiking, swimming, boating and windsurfing.
